"Terrible terrible customer service!! I understand the "current situation" but it has been several weeks since I tried to get a response for a clearly faulty product that I am trying to return. Responsiveness was much better when I tried to buy. Now there is nothing but automated responses advising it is being worked on but may take a few days more than expected. I ordered (and paid for expeditied shipping). No problem there and the skates arrived. They are terrible, the stitching is completely faulty so the tongue is not in the right place... I do not think I should have to pay yet another $20 dollras to retuirn a clearly faulty product and yep.. no response. I ordered from Sakte Pro as they are an European company and I am German living in US, and have read nothing but great reviews.. However I would like to caution against doing business with them if you are hoping for xervice that will not only fill orderes but also help solve issues" | |

"Extremely pleased with my experience with SkatePro. I placed order on May 15th and once my payment was processed I received a notification of when my package would ship and a tracking number for UPS. I didn't realize SkatePro was based out of Europe, not that it would have been a contributing factor in my decision to purchase from them. I think it took a little over a month for the package to arrive but everything I ordered arrived in excellent condition. I’ll keep SkatePro in mind when I eventually plan to upgrade inline skates as my skills hopefully progress. I would recommend SkatePro to others who are looking to purchase inline skates if their local retailer is sold out and they don’t mind waiting for their skates to come from Europe. I’d just suggest double checking their sizing when placing an order to save on improper fit and some patience when waiting for their items to arrive." | |

Attempts to get updates have been either completely ignored, or have been attempted to be placated through in-store credit (which is especially not-useful since the problem is not even knowing if my product is coming). I wish the team would be more vigilant in providing shipping updates. Even given the special circumstances happening right now with COVID, it’s unacceptable that I can reach out over 5 times to the company over a period of 2 months and still have no clue where my package is. "BMX bike bought Dec '19 for novice, lightweight son. Frame broke end April '20 - 4 mths after purchase. Consumer Laws require repair/replacement of products < 6 months old, or refund if needed. 8 weeks on & still no outcome. I repeatedly chase. Skatepro repeatedly disappoint. Promises of responses lead to more promises of responses/repeat requests for information - not to satisfactory customer outcome. This company is using Covid19 as an excuse to avoid their obligations. I work with 1 global & 1 local company. Both had huge uplift in customer contacts yet met those requirements and had positive customer feedback. I did not want this product to break. I bought it in good faith for the exact use detailed on SkatePro's website. I don't want a disappointed son. That's enough to deal with. Poor customer service is an insult. I would recommend anyone thinking of buying a product through SkatePro to go to somewhere that cares about its customers and after purchase support." | |

I did not want a refund just a replacement so emailed them straight away with pictures of the damage. After a week or no reply I mailed again and again the following week still no reply.Fed up I went through the returns process to get a refund. The sending back for free with DPD only works if you can drop to a DPD centre of course in my city all points are shut due to COVID. I once again tried to email about this to no reply. I sent it back at a cost of £20 to myself. Two days later a email to say I had been refunded the price of the deck. So basically out of pocket for Skate Pro sending defective goods. I emailed trying to get my shipping costs back but also ignored. I will never shop here again" | |

SkatePro is unresponsive. I have sent 7 emails and have waited weeks for response. Some days their phone line does ring through but then gives message I've called outside of business hours, which is not true. Other household members are being responded to about their orders but nothing for me. It is now June 11th, package was stopped at customs 5/06. Absolutely ridiculous. Sending 8th email but I'm not holding my breath. I want this order cancelled and refunded! They've been holding onto my money for 2 months now!!" | |

"Preordered skates on May 7th that were to be in stock May 12th. It is now June 10th and they still have not shipped. They turned off their phone customer service. I have sent an email, but no response yet. 6 days until the “expected delivery” window is past. It isn’t even out of “processing”, so I highly doubt it will be delivered overseas by then. In my order it is clearly stated that I purchased a US Women’s size 9, I waited around 3 weeks to receive my parcel only to be sent a complete different size. What’s worse is all my efforts to reach out about the situation have gone unanswered. The phone line is down and I have sent several emails with a reply saying I would hear back in 5 business days . "I contacted 5 Skate outlets leaving messages to call me back to help to choose the right Skates. Only 2 called back; Denissa from SkatePro and another (in the UK). Denissa really impressed me with her willingness to help me, but the other didn't seem bothered, so I called Denissa back to finalise my choice; the size 9.5 Roces Gymnasium 2.0’s. They arrived after only 2 days and looked amazing. Unfortunately, they were a bit tight, so I contacted SkatePro again and spoke to Abigail who was also brilliant in helping me. I told them I chose the wrong size and they kindly switched it for me. Even with this COVID-19 pandemic going on, they still managed to get my skates to me within a week. "Got the Tempish skates. I just want to say A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!. I bought them in the midst of the Covid shut down unbeknownst about EXTREME delays (2 days shy of a month late). Yet I understand that its not Skatepro's fault. These are the Best inexpensive skates. They have a beautiful color. Smooth bearings. Nice indoor/outdoor wheels. And a very light boot. Not heavy on foot. Trust me I never leave a review unless the product is worth it. THEY'RE WORTH IT. I'm a beginner/low- intermediate skater myself and do mostly outdoor skating. I reccomend for both. And lastly to the Skatepro team-- they are some of the most professional, kind, and diligent people. Great team. They made buying with them feel comforting and community like. "The shipping was relatively quick (Ordered on May 8th, received my order or May 19th) but my package arrived pretty beat up/ripped (shipped to the U.S.). I know that damage is not SkatePro's fault though. My skates were also too small despite sizing up and I had to pay to return, which honestly sucks. "We have been waiting for our SKATEPRO for almost a month now. Ordered on 4/24. It said it would take 14 days, and would deliver on last week Thursday. I called, but because of covid-19, it said to email. I have emailed 3 times for an update on the tracking, however I have got no reply or emails to update. I even signed up for text alert to let me know about any movement and still nothing. It is kinda of freaking me out, because this company has no communication, the last Update on tracking (from the tracking number) says left Denmark which was April 24th and then leaving Denmark April 28th. "Not really sure what to say. Skatepro sent me a COMPLETELY different skate than what I ordered. Its a men's skate actually so not even usable for me because of the wrong size! I contact the company (that you can't contact by phone in any way) by e-mail to let them know they sent the wrong skate. NO FEEDBACK. I e-mail them again letting them know I have heard nothing and I still have skates I can't use. I have postponed returning them because I FULLY expect for SkatePro to pay for my return because this is 100 percent their fault. Still don't have an e-mail.
